A Hero is laid to rest

Yesterday was Adam's funeral and burial in York, Nebraska. I have attached a link to the York News Times website. It has coverage of Adam's body being brought to York and also the burial. It is very moving. There are pictures and videos of each. It was amazing how many people were at the airport when his body was being brought home. It will bring a tear to your eye for sure.

Please keep all of his family in your prayers. This must be a rough time for all of them and I am sure a few extra prayers wouldn't hurt.

The McSween Family

Fallen Hero

I created this blog in Memory of Adam McSween. Adam was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq while proudly serving his country in the U.S. Navy. Adam has a wife and two daughters, a mother and brothers and sisters. There are many friends and soldiers whos life Adam touched and I hope this blog will help us share those stories with others.

This blog was created for all the family and friends to post their stories of Adam and memories they would like to share. It will also contain information on arrangements and memorial funds set up in Adam's name. In order to leave a comment, click on the "comments" under each post and add a comment. If you have a blog already you will need to sign in. If you don't, you can just sign in under anonymous. If you have pictures you would like to post, please let me know through a comment and I would be happy to give you an email address to send that picture.
Adam's wife Erin will be receiving these comments directly, so please let her know where you are from and how you knew Adam.

Thank you for remembering Adam.
